Took my vehicle in for service, these guys did a great job, let me know a few things I needed and had a fair price to do them, wasn't the fastest, but they had a nice waiting area with fruit, donuts and water..pretty impressive

From beginning to end, it was an excellent experience. As I scheduled an appointment online, I contacted the store to ensure they had received it. Steve Lopez had my information and confirmed you had my selected tires in stock. When I arrived, Steve was courteous, professional, and efficient. I made my selection, told him the other services I needed (oil change, cabin air filter change, and wheel alignment), and was on my way (after enjoying a complimentary donut, of course). I appreciated the ride home. Steve called with an update about the wheel alignment and my vehicle was ready for my when my work day was done. Check out was smooth and there were no surprises. I had a great experience at Big O.

Slight shimmy noticed in steering wheel at speeds higher than 70 mph.Came to you for an alignment check, for wheel re-balancing, and tire pressure checks. Received excellent service.The employee who wrote up my order took thetime to answer all of my questions. I had an a+ experience.

I had them do a break job for me and am extremely happy with the service. They met me outside and discussed my issue even before I got into the store. They also did everything possible to reduce my costs. They downloaded a coupon on the internet to save me $50.00. I was totally unaware of the savings coupon and they did not have to mention it. let alone download it. and apply it for me. On top of that they offered me a discount for being a Veteran. Terrific service. True value and savings and friendly service. They will continue to receive all my automotive business in the future.

The service and prices were great. The techs, Alec Valenzuela and Nicholas Dominici, were wonderful, kept us updated on process and quickly checked us in and out once service completed. Our vehicle was as clean as when we dropped it off.
