Big O Tires

I bought a set of tires because an alignment issue. They performed an alignment and I bought the tires. A few days later I had the tires installed. A few weeks later a clunking noise started. When I told them the reviewed the alignment and found that it was out again, and they fixed it. After that there was a vibration at HWY speed that seemed to be related to a balance issue, but I was lax in getting the car back in for service. When I did get it in Tom simply took care of the issue. No questions asked. While I didn't like having to go back and forth I must say that the experience was very good. I feel that mistakes do happen but unfortunately great service doesn't always happen. It's nice to know that Tom and the other manager (forgot his name), and the lead mechanic are in town to provide great service to the FH community. Thanks guys.

Tom took time to ask questions, present alternatives and make a recommendation. He was also willing to service the wheels prior to tire installation. Trustworthy guy. Wish I had known earlier they are full service mechanical repair shop as well. I will definitely return and recommend this Big O store.

Your BIG O tires failed again on my trailer.Is that what Big O stands for?What absolute junk tires.What a product, and what junk people you are to not stand behind your junk tires 2 times in AS MANY YEARS.Never ever ever ever again will I deal with your company. This set of 4 TIRES is barely a year and a half old.1,560 total miles, with only 800 of those miles with a load on them.Im telling everyone.I might even try to contact some news agencies about these junk deadly dangerous unsafe tires you sell.I am now under the impression that you are trying to kill your customers using the same type of negligence and dangerous lack of safe products that have killed many people in the past. I will find a way to get the word out about your possible criminal activities and your very unsafe products.

We had an appt to have our brakes done at 8am. My husband took off from work. They inspected the brakes and said they were fine: my husband said they weren't. They said that we only had an appointment to have them inspected and refused to do anything further. This is not true this appointment was set up last week. We went to both Sun Devil Motors and desert dog who both told us that we had less than 10% remaining on our brake pads. We then went back to Big O where they Shrugged it us and said there was nothing they could do about it and they were closing. I am not going to let this go I'm going to take this all the way to corporate for this horrible service, and the total disregard for our wishes and our time. They also did not honor the appointment we made and let us drive out with an unsafe vehicle because they did not want to do the work that we had asked for. We have bought tires here in the past on multiple occasions and never will again
