Came in with Fleet vehicle. Lex Pablo was extremely courteous, friendly and his staff responded immediately to my nail in front tire. Tire repaired! Thank you for making my vehicle safe again.

We have been using Big O tires at this location for this project in Flagstaff. Their fleet manager has been amazing to work with and helping us out. He has been very efficient with communication and getting fleet approvals very quickly. He has gone the extra mile to take care of us with all service and tire needs. We highly recommend going to this location.

I was traveling from Iowa to California when I developed a leak in an axle seal. Everyplace I called said 2 weeks before they could get me in. On a hunch I decided to check a tire store in hopes they could do the job. I explained my predicament to Mark and he said yes, they could do the job and he would get me in as soon as the next morning if they could find the parts. He ended up having to get the parts out of Phoenix so it took an extra 24 hours but still completed the work for a fair price and got me back on the road as quickly as could be expected. Very professional and friendly, thanks so much!

Mark was very helpful from start to finish when we had new rims and tires put on my 2012 F150. Mark's recommendation on the rims I purchased were exactly what we were looking for our pickup.

I was really impressed with Mark Cleveland. He helped set up my appointment to have my tires rotated. Even though there were so many customers at the time I was there, Mark was able to answer all of my questions in a timely fashion. He called me to let me know that my job had been completed, and it was 45 minutes sooner than I expected! He was friendly and personable- he answered all of my questions respectfully. Mark Cleveland went above and beyond and I will definitely pass his card along to anyone I know who is have car/tire issues!
