Front desk staff is hard to identify not forth coming with letting guest know who they are because of lack of identifying clothes

Internet service was terrible in our room. I had to walk to lobby to pick up WiFi The hall was smokey. Upon check in the desk clerk tried to placevus b in a room with no microwave and refrigerator and we explained that we had reserved a room with those amenities. The clerk said we were only paying so much and that was what we were getting for the money. I pulled up my reservation from Hotels.com and showed her where it listed what we were to get. She then gave us the room with the amenities we requested. The first day there, we walked out the main door to have grass blower on us and our vehicle by maintenance.
