Great service. Great help and also got it done in a matter of time

The associate was very friendly upon my arrival for a tire that was quickly losing air. This was an unscheduled appointment and yet they somehow fit me in. Was out within an hour and a half in what was a very busy shop. As I waited I spoke with a woman who was also having a repair done. When her name was called because the job was completed she was very surprised at how quickly her car problem was handled! I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the associates, they even offered me a phone charger when I mentioned that my battery was low! It was a great experience. I highly recommend Big O Tires at 1051 West Route 66!

I cannot express my gratitude for your facility enough. My daughter is a student there at NAU, and had picked up a nail in her tire. She arrived at your facility around 4:30 after being referred to it by another nearby service station. After speaking with several individuals regarding her tire they agreed to take it in. It had just started snowing and my daughter has a 200 mile drive home scheduled with another student for the following day. Your station took care of her truck, stayed a bit past closing to finish the task, and had her back on the road in no time. I cannot thank you enough for the assistance your team provided. I highly recommend your facility for any individuals looking for a place that goes the extra distance to help a college student in need during bad weather. Thank you again for what it is worth! Your team is amazing!
