Matthew checked me in and out. He is always professional and kind. I will be using Big O Tires for all my needs going forward. I am done with the Honda dealership, now that I know Big O can do everything that Honda can. Big O pricing is fair and I do not feel I am being taken advantage of like I did at the Honda dealership.

Great service, friendly staff

I arrived as the store opened and there were about 3 or 4 customers ahead of me and I noticed that he was the only staff member there to help us upfront. His name was Jason Jancsek, and I was very pleased that he handled the morning rush professionally and efficiently. When it was my turn, he listened to my concerns advised that I would be waiting for a while due to other scheduled jobs and kept me updated throughout my wait with what was found and how much it would cost for the repair. Thank you!!

Very friendly staff, if theres any issues they do what they can to resolve and I appreciate them telling me about any issues I have with my car and giving me a bid to have the work done.

Very efficient service overall, quite impressed! Small team of workers to deal with, compared to a dealership. And best of all, the price: it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, .....no "environmental fees" tacked along in the end to every job done! Definitely, will go there again.

The tires were in stock and delivered to the store the next morning from inventory. Service advisor was informative and courteous. Even with the wheel alignment I was out of the door in reasonable amount of time.
