Big O Tires

Big O Tires were super busy but was still able to get my oil change and tire rotation done.

Dustin Maggard was overall great very knowledgeable explained everything to me and the price was not to bad either. I will most definitely be going back to get all the work I need done.

I love the guys at Big O Tires, they take great care of my sweet Mazda 3. I am almost to 190,000 miles!

The manager explained on my last visit they used the wrong oil. He had to order oil because they did not have my oil needed for my 6.7 Cummins diesel on hand. He sincerely apologized and will be addressing the issue. Being retired Army I know mistakes happen, I felt more than comfortable that this will not happen again and will be fixed.

Polite staff and great, speedy service. They patched up my tire with no charge.

I went in because my tire was showing “low” on dash. They took tire off, checked for punctures / leaks. Put tire back on and filled all 4 tires within 45 minutes. I did not have an appointment. Did not charge me. Thank you Big O!!

Joey Legault went out of his way to test drive my Toyota Tacoma until the noise commenced on the drivers side. He & the team treated me like I could have been their Mom who was scared to drive the truck. I basically had a new front end put into this 2013 truck. Joey FOUND the noise (which had to do with a drivers side step up that was installed incorrectly by someone other than Big O) the team cut & pinch welded the step up properly. They repaired my AC & performed other services I requested as well. $4296.78 is a LOT of money, but it’s NOTHING compared to having a safe feeling about driving my disabled son in this road worthy vehicle now! THANK YOU! :-)

Everyone was very friendly, I was kept up to date with the service. I was given service recommendations but never pressured.

I worked with Joe. He was very kind and spoke to me like a human. Being a woman, often times, for some reason, we are treated as we do not know about automotive anything. I am not one of those women. Although I do not know everything, Joe treated me with kindness and respect. I have immense appreciation for that experience. I will not go to another tire business again. Customer for life!

James Troy was my associate that assisted me. He was amazing. I came in just to get a quote on recommended repairs for my car from the dealership. He took me in right away Big O beat the quote I had from the dealership and he was able to get my car serviced in less than an hour. He made sure it was done in time for me to pick up my granddaughter from daycare. It was the best experience I’ve ever had. I’m so impressed and I would recommend Big O Tires to everyone.
