I came in on a time limit due to having to go to the airport and they were able to get me in and out in under an hour. There was no pressure to buy anything additional, just gave me what I needed and sent me on my way!

Been there a few times now and very upfront and genuine. Never a bad experience. Great service from Matt McGrath there. Above and beyond. Will be back to my neighborhood Big O!

The time it took to get four new tires installed

I had my oil changed by another BigO location but the Technician forgot to check my battery, as requested. The store was very busy so I didn't have them take my truck back to do it. Instead, I went about my day. My errands took me to this location on Gantzel Road and I took a chance by going in. I met Nathan (?) who was also busy. But when I explained what had happened with the other location, Nathan grabbed the tester, took my keys and went out to my truck. Nathan's actions show that Customer Service means something to him, even when he's busy, even when it wasn't HIS store's mistake. Well done, Nathan. Thank You for treating me and my small problem with care.

People were very knowledgeable and efficient and quick .

All the employees are very nice. I get along great with Dennis. He always have a smile on and give me good idea on how the car works. Since my boyfriend been deployed and his truck been having problems and never once I got an issue with this big o like I do on hunt.

I knew what the problem was with my vehicle they were very professional with the inspection of my vehicle And a quick call back and addressing the issue and pricing. I would’ve loved to seen pictures of the damage parts and the replacement but I am very satisfied with the service. I believe the staff at the store is the most trustworthy in the valley that’s why I bring my vehicles here and I will keep coming back as long as I’m out here.

This is a really good location. If you have ever had anxiety about where you should take your vehicle for maintenance, bring it to these guys. They are a good group of guys. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and get along well together. The front lobby and the shop area was fully staffed with employees. Everyone was very polite and were also nice enough to let you check out what they are doing in the shop area while they work on your vehicle. I would like to recognize Dennis in the front lobbby area and also Joseph in the tire area for offering me exceptional customer service. Thanks for your help guys. My battery DIED while I was out shopping. The temperature was 108. I called Big O to see if they had my battery in stock. When I told Matthew I could not start the Jeep to get it to the shop he sent someone to jump the battery! I was beyond amazed as I had already called O Riley and they said I was out of luck if I couldn't bring the Jeep to them. I purchased a battery at Big O and was on my way in a matter of minutes. I really cannot say enough about the kindness of the guys at this store. Matthew was extremely helpful. 10 stars!!

They are always great with getting service done as efficiently as possible - in this case, a battery replacement. I made an appointment earlier in the day (couldn't give an exact time as it was dependent on when I could get a car jump started on my way out of work), but they said they had the battery in stock, had already pulled the paperwork, and I was in and out in under the quoted time frame!
