Cost was known before the work started so no complaints about that. Service was excellent and work done quickly for what needed done.

Delivered as promised.

Only comment I have for this visit is that I had called ahead several days prior to make an appointment, and there was no record of it when I arrived. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. The quality of the service and the price was very good.

James Bisi did a great job answering my questions and getting the service done in a timely manner.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the issues that were found and why they needed to be addressed sooner verses later.

Just a tire losing air and they swapped my spare to fix the tire with a nail and got me on my way. I picked up my tire at the end of the day.

Big-O customer service is always fantastic and they are very open on pricing and my options whether it be tires, oil changes, or general car/truck needs.

This was easy and quick. I made an appointment, dropped off my car and then waited for call after the inspection. The person who helped me explained things clearly and my car was ready quickly.

The service was excellent. The team was knowledgeable the only issue I had was my appointment was for nine and my vehicle didn’t gets worked on until 930 and then the hour and a half started from there

Dennis from Big O made my experience a wonderful one. I'm deaf (hearing impaired) and he made me feel welcome and gave me access to communication by writing things down, or making sure I could read his lips clearly and he texted me with any issues that came up during a routine oil change. He went above and beyond to make my visit a pleasant one, I'll be sure to go back for my next oil change. Thanks again Dennis!
