Big O Tires

I see my first 2 reviews will not be posted so this is a waste of time. You don't post negative reviews so I'll go ahead and leave a 5 star so people can really see this store is no good. Brought car in last Thurs 03/01 to have what I thought was a small leak, pressure was 18 and then to change the oil. I explained our son was coming in to town and we planned to take him and our daughter-in-law up to Sedona so they would make sure the tire was alright. This took all day and I picked the car up just before close and the guy says they rotated the tires for me, no problem I figured it would take a while. Tire pressures were high, 40,41,41,42. Oh well I figured I would if x it later. I didn't use the car through the weekend and on Monday I went to take a ride to the store and noticed the front right tire was now low. This is where they rotated the tire I thought had a slow leak to. I brought it right back to this store and explained the situation. The guy at the counter said no problem he would get it right in. I e planned the pressures were too high and asked if they couls make sure the rears were at 30 and the fronts at 32. He marked the sheet up and said no problem. The car was in right away and the tire was taken off. For over an hour and a half it sat there. I watched from the lounge and no body did anything. I finally asked the guy at the counter if they could get it finished. He pretended to be surprised that no one did anything. I watched him go to the shop and talk to a few guys. Comes out and does not say a word to me. Finally another 15 minutes later a different guy comes to me and says the tire is separating and needs to be replaced, but he won't charge me labor to install it. 2 hours 15 minutes later I was on the road. The kicker my tires were now 45, 43: 42, and 41. Effing joke. Urging up my Big O card and will never use this store AGAIN.

My son recommended the shop the dealership was charging me an outrageous amount they were able to save me a couple hundred dollars and get me out in the same day before my long road trip

Bad news with great service. I heavily rely on my trucks daily and unfortunately had a motor that was too tired to keep up with our demands. The Big O team did a great job getting me back on the road with a brand new motor in a timely manner. Even with some unforeseen issues that came up afterwords I feel very grateful that they did not nickel and dime me to death. I will be back with my other trucks even my wife's car.

Very friendly and efficient even with the shop being extremely busy.

They were wonderful, I had a problem with my truck, I was running late and they were so sweet and got my truck done right away!

I got new tires and an alignment and it took much longer than anticipated, the manager found a kid show for my little made sure we were comfortable with popcorn and donuts.

The guys at this shop are simply awesome! I went to see them with an Internet quote for wheels, tires and a suspension lift to see if they could come close to the price. Even though the final cost was higher than the Internet quote (tax and labor) they did beat the prices for the products. Now, instead of me having to install the components in my driveway, they are professionally installed and are backed by Big-O! There were a few hiccups in the process due to the fact that I was changing the geometry of the front suspension with what seemed to me to be moderately aggressive changes to the vehicle. The guys at this store were all over it and kept me informed on their progress. Jared, Matt, and store owner, Joe are great and have always treated me with respect! I don't need to go anywhere else for my vehicle tire, breaks, and suspension needs!
