Matt was great! Very friendly and remembered me when I came to pick up my car. He called to ask me about extra work that needed to be done, but didn't pressure me after I declined. This is my fourth time in this BigO store and have left happy Everytime.

The team that checked me in was super friendly. They stepped outside with me to make sure the tire sizes I needed were correct and told me upfront what the total would be including tax to confirm I'd be fine with the price. Excellent customer service and friendly staff.
