Big O Tires

I was early, so was not greeted at my car. just got an alignment, so not necessary to check. Just got a big o credit card. Matt was great. I was told that I needed a motor mount, and a strut. Turns out that wasn't the case. My car was checked very thoroughly, and was found to be needing nothing. I will most certainly return to this store.

Everyone was extremely sweet and made me leave feeling confident my car was in good hands. Super happy with every thing done so far, will absolutely be coming back soon for more work!

I normally go to the store on Hunt Hwy but when I called to get in they told me they were booked for the next two days. I called the store on Ironwood and they too told me they were booked but to come down and they would fit it in. The staff at this location was way more friendly and helpful than the Hunt hwy store. I will be going to the Ironwood location from now on. FYI I drive a lot for work and put 3500-4000 miles on my truck a month. I get a lot of oil changes and fluid changes.

I was told that it would take 1 hr. It was 2 hrs

Very professional and friendly employees.

I stopped in to have my tire pressure checked and tires airred up. I was greeted in the store immediately, I was able to explain what I needed, before being instructed which stall to pull up to. The service tech immediately came over and began servicing my vehicle. I was very satisfied and Will return again, should I need anything in the future.

Dropped car off in the AM going to DR. Appt. asked to change the oil and check over the car as it was just purchased. They kept me informed all during the process and the car was very clean when it was picked up. Very friendly and professional staff who explained everything to me and will monitor the car for tire change and check-ups on a regular basis. I liked them and I will now use them for all my vehicle needs and scheduled an appointment for my truck to be serviced and checked out. Great to have someone you can trust when you move into a new state and neighborhood.

Matt was very attentive and took care of me very well. Every customer should be taken care of the way that I was. He was awesome, thank you!

Staff is professional

I love this store. I always get treated with the most respect and the gentlemen get my car done and done right. Dennis is the guy to go to if you want a comedy show with your repair. I for one love that kind of environment. They will forever be my big o of choice.

Can't say enough about how well Matt and the service techs did in servicing my daughter's car and installing new tires. They were able to complete all the work in a day in spite of the store and all the service techs being extremely busy all day long. Appreciate the effort and outstanding work.

Mike who works the front desk was extremely helpful and patient with helping me decide the best route to go with for work on my vehicle. He was very understanding when I told him I wanted to call around for a second opinion. He helped me apply for the credit card to help me save a little bit of money.
