The employees are very friendly. I was comfortable waiting there for my car. I only had a quick tire repair and it was very quick once it went back. Took a while to get back there but I didn’t have an appointment so I get it. This store is always busy. It’s a great location.

Excellent service: Was advised of a problem with my tires and headed off a problem.

After the bad experience we had at the other big o location (Hunt hwy, San Tan Valley, Az) we were considering closing our accounts and going to Discount tires. We decided to give this location a chance, and we happy with the customer service and attention to detail at this location. Michael Houseknecht was beyond friendly and helpful. Glad we gave this location a chance. Will definitely be returning to this location.

Always great service and accommodating

Apt. 900am. Said 1 1/2 hours. Got there and didn't even start it. Waited 2 hours in lobby. 1238 I was checked out. He gave me $15.00 off. Now that's customer service without me having to ask for compensation.

The guys at Big O Tires are very nice, the office was clean, comfortable and you can trust that your not being taken advantage of, being a girl that is important.
