Great service from Big O. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Work was done in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. I will continue to use Big O.

Shuttle service is a great plus when you only have one vehicle and dont want to sit and wait. Very thorough inspection.

Last Sunday on August 9th my neighbor was stuck at Safeway with a flat tire the grocery store is directly across from Big O with 10 minutes to closing. I called for my neighbor and asked for help it’s hot in Arizona and knowing that my customer probably had groceries. Mike from Big O immediately came to the rescue. Talk about customer service not to many people would of done that. But Mike was very courteous and was willing to help. He came with jack in tow and proceeded to do his job. Mind you my neighbor has bad knees and his wife was out of town helping Family move. Way to Go Big O! You definitely got 10 stars for this one going out of your way to help Thanks Mike. Thank you!

Big O Tires was very professional, however, the time it takes was crazy for an oil change.

They honored my appointment and got my truck completed in half a day. Not all places honor the appointments you make in advance. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and quickness of the work done.

Have had issues with the car wandering to the left. So I brought the car in to have the alignment checked. There was no major issues found however the car still pulls to the left. Was hoping to get more insight on what I could do to correct the issue.

While most of the criteria was met for providing an excellent experience during a not-so-excellent day (I had not planned on a flat due to a sidewall puncture - 2nd in less than 2 months), I have some serious concerns about the price quoted to install a camber assembly. The part is less than $10...but costs, in total $89?

I always have a good experience at Big O. When I show up someone is always willing to help. If my question can’t be answered there is always someone that steps up right away that fully resolves any issues.
