the only thing I didn't like was it seemed like every time I turned around, there was something new to fix & then they got parts that didn't fit, had car from Saturday morning to Monday afternoon. lost a day of work.

I have been in twice in last couple weeks to have oil changes done on our vehicles, and we have come to Big O for tires in the past. Most of the enployees in the shop are very polite and helpful but there is one that has been very rude on multiple occasions. To be honest we have gone to other shops to have work done because we don't want to interact with him.

Customer service Mr Jared made me feel comfortable and assured me of a job well done, he is pleasant and informative. Like dealing with this person for he answers my question adequately, He is the person I would like to deal with when my cars need service.

I worked with Joe. He was very kind and spoke to me like a human. Being a woman, often times, for some reason, we are treated as we do not know about automotive anything. I am not one of those women. Although I do not know everything, Joe treated me with kindness and respect. I have immense appreciation for that experience. I will not go to another tire business again. Customer for life!

Dropped my car off at 9 am for an oil change. Called at 2:30 to see if my car was ready. I was informed they were about to pull it in. I was then told it should be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up close to 45 minutes later to my car being in the shop. Where I waited another 20 minutes! Used to love this place for the convenience of being close to my house. Little to no customer service from the salesman that "helped"� me out. There was no thanks for your business or sorry for the wait. I see it as dropping my car off didn't make my service a priority. 6+ hours waiting for my car. Couldn't imagine if it was waiting in the showroom.

I love the guys at Big O! They never try to pressure me to do things that I know don't need to be done. I also love it that I can drop the car off and they will take me home while they are working on my car! It's a great way to multi task.

Made appointment, 4.5 hours for new tires Made appointment for oil change,3+ hours waiting. Stated that oil change would take " A little over an hour".

Good guys that work up front

I brought my car in for a service and when I got my car back the tire was still low on air. I assumed that would be part of a regular service.

Big O in Gantzel knows their stuff and always happy with their work.
