Big O Tires

All the staff inside the service area are great. Very friendly. My problem is the wait time, I made an appointment and got there and checked in early. I was told the appointment would take an hour. My car didn't get taken back until 45 minutes after the appointment time and then sat in the bay for another 45 minutes with no one working on it. As I'm sitting here looking through the window I can see workers just standing around messing with a tool box. I went to ask how much longer it was going to be and was told they were just finishing up. Another 30 mins goes by and still not done. I know very little about cars but I think 2 hours for an oil change is a bit much.

I went in with a discount coupon for a oil change. Started out at 15.00, then was told full synthetic was 39.00, no problem. Left came back to pick up car and was told it was 50.dolaes and some change. I questioned the amount said there was a 10.00 discount, and was told that it had been applied. I am going to assure you that you will not get my business in the future. I dont mind paying a fair and reasonable fee,but the add on that are charging and not informing the customer prior to the service , not acceptable to me. I have many times change oil many times and I was charge for 5 quarts the car that i brought in takes 4.2 quarts the was a charge 5.00 for supplies a disposal fee ect. Poor customer service and a real lack of honesty. 20. Dollars of oil and a filter 5 $ .Shame on you.

Made an appointment for 4 tires and an alignment a week out. Wife was there for 4 hours. What's the use of an appointment when you backlog the alignment rack. Then we got a flat in a new tire at the edge of the tread which required a new tire. If you want the road hazard for non-Big O brand tires you have to ask they don't offer/remind you. The flat was dropped off at 8"�8:15 and the wife was told done by 4:00 for pickup. Called at 3:00 to make sure, they didn't have the tire. 4:30 they call and say the tire is ready for pickup. Get there about 5:00, pay, and still have to wait for balancing. In my opinion they could be way more efficient with customers time. This is a newer store and the first time I used it. I have 3 other vehicles all with Big O bought tires but I am very hesitant to recommend these guys for their time and scheduling management.

I love going to big O tires I have gone here for years with most of my vehicles. However today I was a little upset with my services. On Tuesday when I called to see if they had my size tire in stock so that could purchase their special of buy2 get 2 tires for free, They told me they did not have my size tire in stock and they did check other locations nearby however they did not have them either. The man told me they would have my size in stock within a day or two and I went in there today to purchase my size tires and this discount was not honored! A little upsetting due to the fact that I needed four new tires and only walked out with two.

Great service every time

It was trash i had an appointment for 11 a.m. and my car wasn't even done till 3 p.m. I had waited patiently for my car no one even came up to say what was going on, some guy just kept asking what my car was but didn't nothing with the information. I am not going back to the big o tires again. Worst experience ever. 10/10 never again. I want to give a one star but it won't let me.

They instantly try to up sell you anything and everything they can think of. They contradicted themselves multiple times without providing an honest assessment.

Joe S. and Steven W. were a breath of fresh air compared to my recent troubles at another Store. They were clear with explanations of Services needed on both of my vehicles and the time it would take to perform those Services. Both kept me up to date on progress, as well. It was a welcome change to not have to call a Store for an updated status. Joe and Steven were understanding of my odd work schedule and when I'd need my vehicles back. In fact, today's experience took far less time than expected, which was a welcome surprise. The Services completed today were the Services a previous Shop failed to tell me of but had written down on the Courtesy Check given to me. Services that had I known about, I would have had them done. Including filling the low Coolant that was written down but I wasn't made aware of. Such a small act but an important one. Joe and Steven made me feel as though my vehicles and MY time mattered. Something that is important to me and I greatly appreciate it. This Store isn't closer to my Home but the experience of this Store far outweighs the inconvenience of a longer drive. Peace of mind is more important than a longer drive or time in traffic. I'll be back, mostly because of the great Customer Service Joe and Steven provide.

Had an appointment for 2pm. Got there prior and it was 235 before i asked for my key. They never touched my vehicle. Whats the point of an appointment if they are going to make you wait? Hire more techs or dont schedule times so close together if you can not handle the workload.

Been coming here for a couple years now & it's the only place I'll go for oil changes, tires, regular maintenance on all of my vehicles
