Big O Tires

Took my truck in for an alignment, was told it would take between an hour to an hour and a half, which was perfectly fine. Come back an hour and a half later to see if it was ready and they hadn't even put it on the alignment rack yet, but it was next in line, so again I was perfectly fine with that because they were busy. I see the mechanic take the packet in with my keys and put it in the ready for pick up holder. So I assumed someone would tell me it was ready or try and call me within a few minutes. 25 minutes later and nothing happened so I decided to stand in line. While standing in like 2 other people walked in and they were greeted before me. I stood in line for about 15 minutes before an employee even looked at me, while helping people that arrived after me and were trying to drop their vehicle off instead of pickup. Highly dissatisfied and will probably never return. The mechanics are great and the alignment is spot on, but your staff up front are ridiculous.

They lie about the work they perform and hope you dumb enough not to check! For example oil changes brakes and wheel alinements.

Best place to get your car checked amazing staff

Making an appointment for just a oil change during their promotional early bird special is a joke. When I came in and gave my name, which they had, I was charged the regular price. I told him I was there for the early bird special and it was changed immediately, but why would I have to tell them? I told him do not do the vehicle check, all I wanted was the oil change. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. and I left at 11:45 = 1 hr. 45 minutes for a simple oil check and yes they did the vehicle check with a recommended $400 repair job to be done. They weren't happy with me and showed it when I checked out and I was not happy with them at all.

I'm very thankful to have a trustworthy shop to take my vehicle. Mike and his team are the best!

I showed up to this store at around 10:45am. All I needed was an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. I was alone and had to stay at the store until completion. 2 hours later my truck still hadn't even gone into the garage. I asked how much longer it would be, that I had things I needed to get done and would come back if it was going to be too much longer. They told me it was going in right now and it would only be 30 more minutes. They pulled my truck into one of the bays and there is sat for another hour and a half before anyone touched it. It wasn't completed and I didn't leave until after 3pm. I even took a nap in the break room, watched the techs consistently goof off, and watched 3 different movies. Over 4 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation after being quoted an hour and half at most is pretty unprofessional. I missed some things that I needed to do that day. I would have just done it myself if I knew I wouldn't be given accurate estimations.

I'm always treated well by the tech's and manger.

They didn't tighten our oil filter so it dropped oil ALL over our garage. My husband had to get a ride to oreillys buy 5 quarts of oil and a filter for $25 and replace it at 9 at night. I called the next day and they said bring it to check and we will clean car and driveway. They told me I would get right in and not have to wait. I waited 2 HOURS while they redid what my husband had just had to pay and fix last night. Then they came and cleaned the standing oil but I now have a GIANT oil stain in my garage. While they didn't charge me to bring it back I still had to pay to get oil and filter and do it ourselves and now have a ruined garage floor. Not to mention my car still smells like burning oil. If this woudlnt have happened in the driveway and us not noticed my engine would be ruined.

I love these guys!! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, found out I needed a lot more maintenance work done. I am sure the dealership would have charged me much more and taken an entire day to finish. They finished in 2 and 1/2 hours and my car is running great! Thanks Big "O"!

I was referred here by another shop. The guys were rude and not at all helpful. Will never use this shop again

Staff is always so friendly and is always so helpful in entertaining children and doing work in a timely manner.

This is one of the worst stores I have ever been to. The manager Mike Williams is one of the worst costumers service. If he had any customer service training he might not want to talk shit about a customer in front of another customer while his wife is sitting 10 feet away. I had an appointment at 7 am . I am still waiting for my car and it is going 3+ hours now. I would like a contact back from the owner of this location.

I had called before arriving to the gantzel stores location and the assistant manager Matt kindly directed me in the process to receive my car care. I was really impressed by the friendliness of the service that was provided. Definitely planning on sticking with big o tires for the future car maintenance!

When I had previously visited this store nothing but great service. Unfortunately I had a negative experience at this store when I purchased 4 tires they gave me a quote and I deposited 25% and they ordered my tires. Then prior to the tires arriving they called and wanted me to pay more or cancel my order. This is just totally wrong so if folks are allowed to read this review be careful what they say they will do.

Great service. Very informative

Poor customer service and work quality. Had to return vehicle to the store several times to fix an issue that had been fixed by store. Finally had enough and took my vehicle with a higher quality of work. Having been visiting this store for awhile and trusted them. That went right out the window with this last visit. Extremely, Extremely disappointed. Won't be returning and will make sure that the public is aware of the poor quality of the work and customer service.

I will be coming back to this facility for all my automotive needs. Unless it is something that has to be taken care of at the dealership such as a recall notice.
