Had a steering part installed in my car in August 2019 and 2 months later was hearing all kinds of odd noises and found out the part they installed was stripped by them and the only thing preventing it from falling off was a cotter pin. BEWARE! I understand accidents happen just don't hide a mistake , fess up and do the right thing. Their mistake costed me 600.00 cause it messed up other stuff. Thanks Big O.

I certainly hope not ALL of the Big O Tires are like the one on North Gantzel Rd in San Tan Valley; this one is awful. Their customer service is lousy and they only seem to care about the fact that they have free donuts and coffee. Well if they would value the customers time they wouldn't need coffee and donuts. I spent 2.5 hours there on Monday AM waiting for them to check 1 tires balance, ONE! Not all of them, just 1, and it's THEIR tire I bought from them! I told them I think I threw a weight over the weekend and I just needed the tire rebalanced, he (don't remember his name) said it would be just a bit, and I said Ok, I understand. At 11:00 I asked how much longer, I had been there since about 10:00, and he said he was waiting for a bay to open. At 12:30 I look into the bay area and I see 4 bays open so I ask again, what is the hold up, he said he had a couple techs at lunch and he would be pulling my truck in really soon, Seriously!!! I took my keys and my business elsewhere, unbelievable!!!

I came in for an oil change, and I'm not sure I actually got one. When I picked up my car, it was parked in the same spot I'd left it in, and the list of recommendations included an item I'd had done 3 weeks ago. When the person checking me out went to check with the service tech about that, he came back and had to suddenly "go out and check the car's milage again" . I was told the incorrect recommendation was for another vehicle. My confidence in Big O has been shaken and I won't be back.

I had one tire that needed completely replaced and I was able to get in and out quickly as well as I had given specific instructions to not use an impact gun and to hand torc lug nuts. I was pleased that they followed my request, no questions asked.

Very disappointed in you store. Will be going about 10 Mel's further to the Big O in chandler. I had my vehicle in last week to fix a slow leak. As long as vehicle was in I asked for an oils change. They recommended a rotation. I picked the car up and after 3 days the tire was still leaking. I brought it in today Monday and clerk said it would be brought right in and fixed. Well it was brought right in and tire with leak removed. That was 1 and a half hours ago. Sill sitting with tire off vehicle. In the meantime I have watched 3 customers come and and leave while I still wait. I watched four tires removed and placed back and still no tire back on my car.

Store personnel and technicians did an outstanding job in identifying and repairing the mechanical problem. My truck was repaired and returned to me sooner than expected.

Brought the 2006 hyundai Elantra in 6/13 to have the ac looked at as it was not working right. It's my brothers car and he had just put over 800.00 into the ac. I worked with Matt and my first impression was not good. I had talked to him the day before and he told me to bring it in and so, when I got there, he acted like he had not talked to me at all. He said it will be a little while so I went to Mcdonalds. I finished there and sat at the shop. 2-3 hours goes by. I see no one working on my car. Matt finally said oh, I better go see whats up with your car. Comes back and shows me a dirty cabin filter and I asked a price to replace it. He said 40.00 . I said no thanks I can get it cheaper on line. Yeah 8.99 . Then he says well we think its electrical and so that is whats taking so long. I think if they were working on it at all, the hood would be up and I would see someone under it. He said ok so your ac is working right but, it's getting too cold and shutting off the compressor. So now it's going to take time to find where the problem is. At this point I had already been there 4 hours or so. I call my brother to come up as I do not know much about ac. And Matts whole attitude changed. He seemed nervous. But told my brother what was going on and my brother said well it still shouldn't take this long to diagnose it. Matt went to talk to his mechanic and came back and said we will have an answer in 15 minutes. Lol. I left and he said he would call. 1.5 hours later I called him. He says oh I have been soo busy I didnt get a chance to call you. It was not busy!! You will be happy to know it's the expansion valve and its covered under warranty. He says we will have your part tomorrow. Do you need your car? Lol of course I need my car. He says ok then when we get the part in I will call you. I just called him at 10 am and he had to go look and it is in. I said ok. I will be in after I take my husband to work. He said ok I will let them know but remember I will need a little time to get it fixed. I said how long as I have to wait for it. He said I dont know. As long as it takes to get it in the garage and get the part in. Fucking smart ass!!!! I think he is crooked from the word go and I think he rips off women. I will NEVER bring that car back for shit there. I was never offered anything and never up dated. I was treated like shit!

Took my wife's car for an oil change. Dropped the car off at 11:45 am and asked if two hours was enough time to complete service. Was told yes that was good. Come back at 2:30 almost three hours later and they hadn't touched my car. When I told the service writer that I was told two hours was enough time by the other writer I was told "he's been saying that a lot!" Bad customer service. I'll pay the little bit extra and go to the dealer instead.

Told me 4-5 things were wrong with my car after i had told them i already knew and just wanted a quote then made me come down to do their own inspection (which i didn't want) then they wanted to charge me $120 for it.

Dropped my truck off for a front end alignment, which was not right when I got it back 7 hours later so I had to take the truck back today to have it fixed AGAIN and they have had it for ANOTHER 7 HOURS since the time I dropped it off at my scheduled appointment time and they just told me over the phone my truck is next. I will NEVER do business here again.

Good morning. I stopped by this morning to get a nail removed from my tire. There were 2 people waiting in the store when I got there. 30 minutes later I was still waiting. There were multiple bays open. I own 3 trucks and 2 trailers that get new tires every year. That's a lot of business that you will no longer have.

Brought my daughter's car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician observed some scraping along the underside of the vehicle and noticed some unusual wear pattern along the inside of the right rear tire. Further checking revealed her vehicle needed an alignment and due to the tech's astute observations, a problem was immediately taken care of.

I must say this was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a company . I asked to have the rotors checked to see if they would be needed as well as if one of the tires that I was removing could be used as a spare as my spare was old I was advised that they could do that however upon completion of the job I was lied to about my rotors as well as the spare tire; in the beginning when I asked about the rotors he I said absolutely we can definitely check to see the rotors As we will have the tires off and it I will not be a problem and then upon the completion of the job he stated that he couldn't really see anything and without taking off the caliper they couldn't really tell but it visually looked OK , And when I asked about the spare tire which it's an SUV and has a full size spare tire I was told that the tire would not fit by using one of the old tires it would not fit up under the vehicle like it should and that it was not possible . I will personally never come back to the store ever again and may never use Big O tires in the future either.
