Big O Tires

My first experience with Big O Tires was terrible. I had set up an appointment to have a flat tire replaced. My appointment was at 3:30 and I did not leave the tire shop until 5:25 and that was only because I got up and confronted someone about the time. I decided to give them another chance with a simple oil change. Once again I made an appointment and was once again disappointed. It took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change - with an appointment. Never again will I go there or recommend them!

The associates were all very friendly, curteous and knowledgeable.

I was un happy with the employee I was working with as he argued with his other coworkers infront of me and did it multiple times.

Perfect.

I took my truck in to replace the radiator, and it you didn't fill the tranny fluid after you replaced it... (The tranny and the radiator go hand in hand.) Im lucky you didn't totally ruin my truck.

All the employees are very nice. I get along great with Dennis. He always have a smile on and give me good idea on how the car works. Since my boyfriend been deployed and his truck been having problems and never once I got an issue with this big o like I do on hunt.

Usually everything is fine this go round not so, the only reason I droped off for an oil change was the guaranteed they would be do by a specific time I call minutes after the time they had not started or even pulled the vehicle into bay to start. The work is good and usually customer service is good.

This is a really good location. If you have ever had anxiety about where you should take your vehicle for maintenance, bring it to these guys. They are a good group of guys. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and get along well together. The front lobby and the shop area was fully staffed with employees. Everyone was very polite and were also nice enough to let you check out what they are doing in the shop area while they work on your vehicle. I would like to recognize Dennis in the front lobbby area and also Joseph in the tire area for offering me exceptional customer service. Thanks for your help guys. Love the service/management team, however quality and efficiency of work not good.

I must have gone at a slower time. I got quick service and was in and out.

Won't go back as the store lost a pair if tires I had removed with no explanation. Not happy with I was dealt with. Service writer lied after telling me he would have them and then said he never heard me say I had to have them back. Then manager was rude with no respect when I asked where they went. This shop has no respect for it's customers...

My battery DIED while I was out shopping. The temperature was 108. I called Big O to see if they had my battery in stock. When I told Matthew I could not start the Jeep to get it to the shop he sent someone to jump the battery! I was beyond amazed as I had already called O Riley and they said I was out of luck if I couldn't bring the Jeep to them. I purchased a battery at Big O and was on my way in a matter of minutes. I really cannot say enough about the kindness of the guys at this store. Matthew was extremely helpful. 10 stars!!

Had a alignment done and was not done right. He really did not know what he was doing. Didn't even ask if I would like a refund or a store credit.

I had a very good experience. Matt McGrath was awesome! I will recommend this location to others and I will return also!

I made an appointment at 9:00 am for an oil change. It took 3 hours for them to take it in. 3 HOURS!!!

I have had asked the manager Jason ganztel and ocotillo if he price match, he replied, yes. So I than asked him that fletchers had a deal for 13.95 for a full synthetic blend oil change. A soon as I mention that coupon, he automatically stated that he will not priced match anything that would be as low as 19.99. So I stated that's not at all a price match deal?

Teddy was so helpful and I got excellent service. I will use them from now on.
