Brought my daughter's car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician observed some scraping along the underside of the vehicle and noticed some unusual wear pattern along the inside of the right rear tire. Further checking revealed her vehicle needed an alignment and due to the tech's astute observations, a problem was immediately taken care of.

The employee took the time to explain to me every issue he brought up and didn’t try to push me in to something or make me uncomfortable which happens more often than not.

Every staff member was amazing! Being a single mom it's hard to find places who won't just see a $ when you walk in the door! Matt helped me find 4 new tires and walked me through every part of my car. He was honest about everything and tried his best to keep me happy and positive on the things I needed to do so my car will be safe. He wasn't pushy or try to sell me things I didn't need. He found me a great deal. Also this location is perfect for those with kids! All the staff members interacted with all the kids there to make it a less boring wait! I will make this Big O my new location without a doubt!!

Customer see was great, came in with flat tire. Tire couldn’t be fixed, was able to purchase 2 tires with wheel alignment. I felt great with my purchase. I’m a female and I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of with the purchase. Thanks so much

As per usual experience, always super friendly staff. Being able to call and obtain an appointment, even same day, is never a problem and usually provides for options on days/times to get service. Always worth my time and money.
