You couldn't get a higher quality, extremely confident, knowledgeable crew, while still having time to train upcoming associates in a location, better than these guys!

Had an early morning appt. They got my car in about 30 minutes after my scheduled time but it still took less time start to finish than I expected.

Dropped off a flat tire that I had purchased back in February. They found the look determined couldn't be repaired and got me a new tire installed with no hassle.

Can in with a vibration in the front end and Matthew pointed out that the tires were bad. He recommended two new tires for the front vibration gone. Awesome team on at Big O Tires. Recommend everyone to come here for your tire needs!!

Technician pointed out other preventative services but agreed they may not be required based on low usage of vehicle
