Dennis was helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff are friendly. I've managed to deal with the same 2-3 individuals on drop off of my vehicles. Even though they don't know me by name I feel remembered each time I come to get service. I still rate the place high even though I've had issues. The place is super convenient and reasonably priced. The main issue I've had are apparently on me and I'm SOL. This tire shop has been the only place to do work tire and oil related since my vehicle warranty was up. I've managed to lose a center caps on my visits over the years. I've basically been told that if they break on removal it is what it is. A single center cap is $80 for my rims. I'm down to 1 now so I will be replacing them all and going forward removing the caps myself upon drop off. The other issue I encountered was upon wheel rotation once the tires were rotated incorrectly. The tires are directional and somehow placed on wrong. It wasn't brought to my attention until I did a walk around at the grocery store across the street. I drove back and the issue was addressed. Even with these issues I can honestly say the place is pretty solid. They stay busy due to the location so I get it that things happen.

I had my car serviced and extra work done at Big O this passed weekend and wax very pleased with the customer service and help I received there. Pleasant atmosphere and people who work there. Especially the attention and help I received from the manager Mike Williams. So much appreciated his kindness and guidance in my needs while there. Thank you

I had an issue with a lug nut on one of my tires. I brought it in and an associate named Karl was able to help me right away. He was able to handle the situation order the part and explain to me the process to get it fixed. I was able to take the car home. He called me two hours later. Told me to return in the car was fixed. I didn’t have to wait either time that I came.

Dennis and his crew are amazing. In the last month they have helped me out twice and didn't make it feel like I just did 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. I can't say enough good things about them. I am a loyal customer From now on. Thank you again to Dennis and his crew.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made it very easy for me to drop off and pick up my car. They explained my different options and weren't pushy in any way.

This is the ONLY Big O Tire location that I will ever go to. I have always taken my car here for maintenance but my office was relocated to Casa Grande recently. I am going on a trip and wanted to get my oil changed so I went to the Big O in Casa Grande but they only do appointments and the soonest one was two weeks out. I stopped at another Big O on my way home and they said they could do the oil change but my price would be higher then the full synthetic price. When I said the one in San Tan didn't do that and I would just go there the guy said no problem I'll take you out of the system. I call Matt McGrath at this location and told him what was going on and he got me in right away with fantastic service as always. 30 miles from my house but this were I will continue to go always.

My vehicle was only in the shop bay for a few minutes; the technician completed the work quickly and informed me about the services completed.

I came into this location at 537 PM with a flat tire I acquired on my drive home. The staff member that greeted me, Joseph Miller, was amicable. He was understanding and did not seem irritated or annoyed that I arrived minutes before they were scheduled to close. Joseph kept me updated on the progress and findings of the flat tire. During my wait, he remained friendly to each customer and maintained a professional and positive attitude. I did not catch the name of the technician that worked on my car, but he appeared unbothered by my late arrival and was very efficient. Thank you so much for your help Big O Tires of San Tan Valley.

Very friendly staff and they looked like they have a great time working together always nice to see employees having fun with each other. Atmosphere was awesome!

Rick and the Staff were great and explained everything to me. I brought our Sprinter Van to them and our daughters cars as well, and always great service and done in a very timely manner. Will continue our services here.
