Big O Tires

I have always been treated well and the guys take care of me. Jason has always been my contact person. I wish your cost were lower. That would be the one thing that I don't like. I believe in making a profit but you need to remember who the bulk of your clients are

Even thought these guys guys are out of my way, there is no other Big O Tire that can compare to. The customer service is awesome. They're not gonna give you so bs just to make more $$$. And they stand behind thier work. I am a customer for life.

Greg took good care of us and was more than willing to show us why the rotors needed to be replaced along with our brake pads that we were there to have serviced. He provided multiple options for paying for the service as well as explaining the recommendations and the recommended timeline for completion should we have chosen to split up doing front and rear brakes among multiple service appointments. Service was performed in a timely manner.

I called to make an appointment for new tires and services required on vehicles from last visit. When I got into my car to bring it in, my car wouldn’t start. I called BIG O spoke to Eric Jackson. He stated he could come look at my battery to see what wrong. He came to my home gave me a quick charge. He followed me to bring my car in. Once in they checked everything and gave me the prices for what needed to be done. I spend $700 last time and $1400 this visit but I know my car is safe. They are always helpful and friendly.
