Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. My sons car is a Ford and they explained the possibilities of swollen lugnuts and the reason it was happening. Walmart our first stop would not give us tires due to this. It ended up we did not need the lugnuts, but the information was greatly appreciated. We got right in at our scheduled time and tires were replaced quickly.

Josh Maddox took amazing care of me. I can't say enough good things about him. He quoted me a new set of tires while I was there getting a flat repair. I will be returning within the next few months to get that set of tires from Josh!

When we stopped by the big O we were checking prices. the associate the did the quote was so easy to talk to when I asked when I could get the work done, we were told right know. we got in and out in no time.

I had a starter motor problem whilst I was out. They immediately took me in and replaced it whilst I waited so I was able to safetly get home.

Had an alignment performed. Not much to say on that really.

I booked appointment the night before. An associate called me in the morning to confirm tire order and alignment I requested. He even offered to get me an earlier appointment if I wanted.

It works great for me! Close to home; I get treated in a very friendly and professional way; and get good service on my car. No complaints here!

Made the appointment online, dropped off vehicle at the store, was informed about the approximate time for completion, was notified via text when it was ready, walked back in, finalized the paperwork and was done. Couldn't have been a smoother transaction.

Was a bit early for appointment, but staff had no problem saying “better early than late”. Staff also accommodated a request to view the tires before installation. Work was performed in a timely manner. All staff was courteous, friendly, and professional.

Was initially interested in just the 1 tire. Great communication from representative that replacing all 4 made more sense. Others, outdated, replacing one at a time, as may have happened, didn’t make much financial sense.
