The people at Big O Tires installed a set of tires on my van. The staff is attentive and helpful. They did a great job. Plus they are honest. I told them to do an alignment. When I went to pick up the van, they said everything was good with alignment.

Big O Tires repaired a flat on the Civic and rotated the tires when I did not have an appointment. I have used Big O Tires many years for auto repairs and have purchased all my tires from them. The have always been dependable and courteous to me.

I usually get my tires at the dealership, but they increased their prices so much that I decided to check on other options. Based on the suggestion of a friend, I called Big O. Saige was very helpful in finding me a good match of tire for my vehicle. The installation was very quick. I am liking the ride and handling with these tires. So far, I’ve been very happy with this purchase.

No appointment. Just walked in and had my alignment checked in 15 minutes. Can't beat that!

Dustin the store manager, he's my hero! He happily squeezed my vehicle in with no appointment when they were busy and closing that afternoon. I had a family emergency and had to know if my car was road ready to drive to Virginia the next day. He had his crew check everything in and on my car including the spare tire. Not only was he and his staff thorough but they were kind and reassuring. It was a safe trip to and from and it gave me much needed peace driving so far alone and knowing my car was examined diligently by a committed team. Thank you Dustin and staff, i'm so grateful.
