We had an appointment at 4pm for a bolt that stripped off and broke and flat tire. We dropped it off early and they got everything finished by 4:30 and explained everything clearly

I called in last week to ensure that I could bring my car in and get it inspected under our SilverRock warranty; I wasn’t able to make it in during the week, but I took a chance and stopped in this morning to see if I could get an inspection. Liam was wonderful to work with, he explained things in depth, so that I could understand, and really made me feel heard. I appreciate the time that was put into helping me and deciding the best payment plan for the work that needed to be done on my car. Thank you!
