Marina makes you feel like you;re the only customer she has to take care of. She's friendly, warm and knowledgeable, while at the same time maintaining a professional demeanor. She doesn't rush you and answers all of your questions even if they're repetitive in a sense. She makes the experience easy!!!

The shop associates were friendly and got my car in and out extremely fast. I did not feel the Big O website was helpful in the slightest at picking out tires and many of the tires I requested the associates could not find on their website.
