The technicians and salesperson/cashier were friendly and helpful. Fast service = came in the shop with a flat tire and out in 30 minutes (there were 3 people in front of me). They also pumped all my tires to its recommended tire pressure.

Outstanding Customer Service!!! Very knowledgeable.

I needed an oil change and wheel alignment for my Nissan Murano. I was helped by Devon. I got there right at 8:00 a.m. on a Friday. Devon checked my vehicle's mileage, and the service technician(mechanic), went to work. In about 15 minutes, Devon informed me that the alignment couldn't be done, because my tires needed to be replaced. I couldn't afford to have the tires replaced right now, and told Devon that. The oil was replaced in a timely manner, and I was on my way. Overall, great experience.

The agent was knowledgeable and knew the work. I appreciated his suggestions and how he let me know what i need to do in the future. I also liked all of the other services offered. For instance the road services features.

I went there so they could fix my tire because there was a nail in it I had a warranty on the tires I bought from them so they fixed it with no problem now I don't have to keep putting air in it everyday!

After a bad experience with a previous Big O location and then a competitor I decided to call this location. I dealt with three employees but I only for sure remember one persons name but they all provided great service or info. Before I called I had a price quoted phone but when I spoke to Marina, they did not have those tires in stock. Unlike the other location she explained to me why and gave me a quote on how much a different set would cost along with all alignment services. Since the price wasn't that much more from the others and she explained why, I made my appointment later in the week. When I got to my appointment they had all my information(unlike the other location) and told me an estimate of when it would be done. a little later while I was at the store I got a voicemail from Jeb (or jeff) to call as soon as possible. I knew that meant that something else was wrong with my car. When I called I believe his name was Luis answered the phone and I told him about my voicemail. Immediately he knew what the call was about (which means everyone at the store was on the same track) and asked if I wanted to fix that now. Usually I hate it when I get calls about more stuff to fix but this problem was not even found out by my actual mechanic and I sensed that there was something wrong, so I was glad to know exactly what It was. when I came back In to pick up my car Luis explained to me the estimates of the services and their importance but did not push me to do them to hard which I liked. Also I had an extra rim for my car and they gladly installed the best old tire from my car so I can use it for a spare. Overall I liked this location, the service and that the whole team was on the same page so thank you BIG O richmond.

Everyone was friendly and respectful. Remembered my name and service provided from before. When the estimated time of service was going to take a little longer, I got a call updating the time.

I have been using Big-O tires for over 20 years. They have always been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They stand behind their product and do replace damaged tires when they are within the specs. I will recommend and keep coming back.

I recently bought 4 new tires at this Big O - one tire kept losing air and I literally saw the technician pulling out a very thin finishing nail from the tire tread. How it got there didn't matter - tire was repaired and I was on the road again - thank you!!!
