Big O Tires

I love Big O Tires, they r courteous, prompt n efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our 2 cars needs n our van's. I would recommend Big O Tires to all my friends n family.

Was at BIg O to have radiator removed. Very impressed with their speediness. Was supposed to drop my van off on Friday night and pick it up on Saturday. They completed it before closing on that Friday. I think the guys name was Eric that waited on me and he was the most curtious person I have ever met.

Every time I have gone to "my" Big O Tires on San Pablo Ave, I have been very happy with the service. I called to say I might be a bit late (after closing) and Marina said not to worry that she would make sure to be there. I did make it on time and was very grateful! Thanks Marina!

Big-O has been great. They know their product, they take care of their customers in a friendly way. They listen to what you have to say and offer input to your questions. We've purchased Big-O tires for over 20 years and have never had an issue with either their products or their services. We'll be back the next time we need a tire.

I took two cars there for tire rotation and balancing (having purchased tires for both cars there previously - and will go again for new tires when needed!). Work was completed while I waited; cannot say enough about the courtesy and overall performance of all the employees I encountered. I like this place and will continue to patronize!

LUCKY THAT I LIVE NEARBY AND HAVE HAD GREAT SERVICE. I BOUGHT 4 TIRES THERE YEARS AGO AND HAD AN UNREPAIRABLE TIRE. IHAVE THE WARRANTY AND THEY PUT A NEW TIRE ON FOR $30+ . THE STAFF IS SERVICE ORIENTED. I WAS GOING TO BE LATE TO PICK MY CAR UP AND THEY STAYED UNTIL I GOT THERE. HARD WORKING MECHANICS THAT WORK FAST.

Amazing and helpful.

I needed two new tires, so called ahead to see if they had them at the shop. They didn't but made sure to get them from the warehouse that afternoon. They called to confirm they had them at the shop that afternoon, so I went in the next morning. They did the job in about 45 minutes, and asked if I wanted a wheel alignment. Silly me, I said no, but then called my mechanic who said I definitely should. So, I came back to the shop and got the wheel alignment done in about half an hour. The guys were courteous, professional and friendly. Great shop for tires!

Great service as always along with great people who work there

Eric and his team at Big O looked at my screw-punctured tire without causing me to wait, and within 15 minutes it was fixed. Plus I wasn't charged for this service, as I'd recently bought it only a few weeks earlier. Couldn't ask for better service, and this is why I buy my tires at Big O.

I have been coming to Big O for many years for oil changes and new tires.Always friendly and willing to listen to any of my questions.I like to support Neighborhood businesses and have recommended Big O to my neighbors.

I needed an oil change and wheel alignment for my Nissan Murano. I was helped by Devon. I got there right at 8:00 a.m. on a Friday. Devon checked my vehicle's mileage, and the service technician(mechanic), went to work. In about 15 minutes, Devon informed me that the alignment couldn't be done, because my tires needed to be replaced. I couldn't afford to have the tires replaced right now, and told Devon that. The oil was replaced in a timely manner, and I was on my way. Overall, great experience.
