Big O Tires

recommend repair/replace asphalt drive and parking. Looking tacky

After a bad experience with a previous Big O location and then a competitor I decided to call this location. I dealt with three employees but I only for sure remember one persons name but they all provided great service or info. Before I called I had a price quoted phone but when I spoke to Marina, they did not have those tires in stock. Unlike the other location she explained to me why and gave me a quote on how much a different set would cost along with all alignment services. Since the price wasn't that much more from the others and she explained why, I made my appointment later in the week. When I got to my appointment they had all my information(unlike the other location) and told me an estimate of when it would be done. a little later while I was at the store I got a voicemail from Jeb (or jeff) to call as soon as possible. I knew that meant that something else was wrong with my car. When I called I believe his name was Luis answered the phone and I told him about my voicemail. Immediately he knew what the call was about (which means everyone at the store was on the same track) and asked if I wanted to fix that now. Usually I hate it when I get calls about more stuff to fix but this problem was not even found out by my actual mechanic and I sensed that there was something wrong, so I was glad to know exactly what It was. when I came back In to pick up my car Luis explained to me the estimates of the services and their importance but did not push me to do them to hard which I liked. Also I had an extra rim for my car and they gladly installed the best old tire from my car so I can use it for a spare. Overall I liked this location, the service and that the whole team was on the same page so thank you BIG O richmond.

Everyone was friendly and respectful. Remembered my name and service provided from before. When the estimated time of service was going to take a little longer, I got a call updating the time.

I brought my slow leaking tire in and they found a nail. My tire was repaired within 30/40 min. at most and I'm very happy. No charge as I buy all my tires with them. Thanks Big O

I showed up with 5 nails pounded into my tire by some vandal. They took care of it efficiently. There's a reason they're always busy. It's because they understand they're selling service not just tires. I always seek out the nearest Big O.

Have totally eschewed the dealership for my care to benefit from the significantly lower prices and equal or greater expertise of Big O.

They can fix any mechanical problem except transmission, but sub-let tranny jobs so oversee the entire repair process.

I got my CV joint replaced. My experience was great and I was given a great price for the work they did on my car. Excellent customer service!!

I purchase all of my tire from BIG O.Last week I had a flat. My 3 year old and I went in....we were in and out in 20 mins. During out wait, my daughter was offered a balloon and age appropriate television show- Curious George! Excellent Service!
