Excellent service and very nice that they wiped down all surfaces (doors, steering wheel, etc.) with disinfecting wipes before giving back the car.

I am highly satisfied because every time I take my vehicles to them they do a great job on doing everything they have to do to. They tell me everything really clear and they stick to the time they tell you your vehicle is going to be ready and they do a magnificent work.

I've been bringing my 2 cars here for a while now. Even during the COVID-19, they were extremely thoughtful, professional and friendly. My recent visit, they called with advice, helped decide what would be done and got me out within my timeframe even though there was additional work. I've always been extremely pleased with their results unlike some other facilities. I would highly recommend these folks and will continue to bring my 2 vehicles there.

Am a regular customer and have always been treated very well. I dropped in early for regular 5,000 mile oil etc. work-up and later called that there was rear strut problems etc. that needed taking care of I gave my approval and higher cost $ 850 . It took longer to get it done but that was the nature of the job and I got it after 430 pm which was ok by me. I trust Chad and Randy and their mechanics.

I went into Big O without an appointment to get a tired repaired or replaced. They started helping me immediately even though I had just dropped in. I ended up having to get all new tires because mine were all pretty worn out. This was a blow to me, as I don't have a lot of money right now, but everyone there, especially Peyton who assisted me, was wonderful. Peyton explained everything to me and helped me to get the best things for my car and my budget. He was also friendly and courteous. Excellent service all around. Additionally, while I was in the shop I saw one of the workers spraying lysol on the customer counter. In today's environment seeing someone taking steps to protect themselves, their customers, and the public was really comforting.
