Jenn was excellent.

Communicative and very friendly staff -- even as someone unfamiliar with cars I felt confident that they were giving me all the information they could to help me make an informed decision. No tricks, no persuasion, just giving me the facts and letting me decide what services I wanted. Fast service, fair prices, great people. No complaints.

Never thought I would go to a Big O unless I was in desperate need of tire service. After dropping my car off after getting two flats, my opinion changed when your team was interested in what was best for me and my car much more than making extra sales. I have since been back for other issues, and had the same positive experience and opinion. On top of that, the staff was friendly and quick. I will be using Big O again!

Whenever I go there I never feel like I am being sold things that I don’t need immediately.

A while ago I purchased new tires for my Chev Avalanche and the installation went flawlessly.Free tire rotation is offered with the purchase of new tires and I returned this past week for said rotation.The staff are courteous and they got the job done quickly so I could be on my way.I will return to purchase new tires for my Corvette which won't need rotation but do need regular replacing.Happy Customer!

It's the people. I am always treated well and there's lots of humor and fun. The people who work there enjoy their work and a friendly.

I've been bringing my 2 cars here for a while now. Even during the COVID-19, they were extremely thoughtful, professional and friendly. My recent visit, they called with advice, helped decide what would be done and got me out within my timeframe even though there was additional work. I've always been extremely pleased with their results unlike some other facilities. I would highly recommend these folks and will continue to bring my 2 vehicles there.

They took me in right away for an emergency repair and I was done in less than one hour. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for many years because their work is excellent, their prices are fair and all their people are terrific!

I went into Big O without an appointment to get a tired repaired or replaced. They started helping me immediately even though I had just dropped in. I ended up having to get all new tires because mine were all pretty worn out. This was a blow to me, as I don't have a lot of money right now, but everyone there, especially Peyton who assisted me, was wonderful. Peyton explained everything to me and helped me to get the best things for my car and my budget. He was also friendly and courteous. Excellent service all around. Additionally, while I was in the shop I saw one of the workers spraying lysol on the customer counter. In today's environment seeing someone taking steps to protect themselves, their customers, and the public was really comforting.
