Big O Tires

I have been a Big O customer for 30 years. I have always received excellent customer service and products all over California, and the Petaluma store was no exception. I was greeted by Chad who was very friendly. He suggested the best tires for my car and they were purchased within a matter of minutes. I can't imagine going anywhere else for the products and services that are provided by Big O. It is clear that they value integrity. Thanks!!

I came in late in the afternoon with a worrisome noise under the car, this after hydroplaning during a bad storm. Despite not having an appointment I was taken care of right away! They went through the trouble of showing me some plastic shields that had been knocked loose that protected the undercarriage. After taking care of this noise problem they sent me on my way without charging me! It's no wonder I keep coming back to Big O, as I'm consistently treated like a valued customer!
