Big O Tires

Everyone at the Big-O in Petaluma is so helpful, humorous and hard working! They are always crazy busy but make sure to take time with each of their customers to meet their needs. They are my go-to auto place for all the regular maintenance required on my vehicles. I will continue to be a return customer as long as I am a Petaluma resident!

Was able to get me in last minute for a tire patch and they checked my battery which was very low and helped me get a new one! Only recommend what I needed and not pushy. In and out in great time.

I recently visited the shop for a routine oil change - fast service as always. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! You can't beat $29.99 for an oil change either, especially knowing I receive excellent service whenever I visit.

Quick and professional service repairing my tire

Needed tires before the bad weather. Big-O was having an amazing buy 3 get 4th free. Chad was a big help recommending a better than average tire. Total price was more than reasonable. Got them installed THE NEXT DAY. Wonderful experience.
