Went in at 8AM and was out before 9 AM. I didn't even have time to finish my free coffee.

The store got me in and out of there very quickly

When I phoned to schedule a tire alignment they were able to get me in the next day. After dropping my car off I was told it would be about 45-60 min. and received a call a half hour later my car was done. I appreciate the quick service and friendly help I received when dropping off and picking up my car. The gentlemen who helped me was very friendly.

Randy and his team did good tires and brakes work on two cars. Same day service each time, good results. Thank you.

I've been going to the Petaluma location for over a year. The guys are all super nice and try to help me out with a lot. I got my oil changed recently and the wait took a little bit longer than usually that the guy helping me changed my brake lights for free. Totally nice of him!! Will always go to Big O Tires for all service needs.
