I feel safe with my BigO store. They always do the best they can for me. As a senior I depend on their honesty.

Great service, as usual. I had a problem with one tire holding pressure. I brought the car in early in the morning and was out within 20 minutes from arrival to departure.

I had just left a tire store in the same neighborhood because my experience was so poor. So coming to Big O Tires made everything better. Very friendly greeting immediately upon entering the store. Very honest discussion about my tires. And I didn't feel like there was any pushing up sales going on.Thank you

When I needed tires a few months ago, I looked all over but decided to go with my local Big O Tires as usual because they are always so efficient, friendly and give me free rotations and tire flat fixes.Last week was in a really busy day having lots of clients to visit when I had a nail in my tire.Called Big O Petaluma and they took me in immediately and 20 minutes later I was out the door with a smile!

Quick and excellent service, was informed of a two hour wait. I was able to take my car out and do things until they were ready (had my spare tire on the car already)

Chad is very customer oriented! great to have at your store. He told me it would be hour and a half wait.I tried another place down the street, was at counter for 10 minutes, and no-one showed up1 I went back to your store because of Chad, dropped tire off to be repaired. I won't go back to other store, going back to Big O because of Chads customer service! thanks

I had an oil change and '30 point inspection' done two days ago. I was amazed that I was at the facility from arrival to departure in under 30 minutes.

I came in because I had a nail in my tire. I was in and out in 20 minutes, if that. Received excellent service as always, and they were able to repair it. Since I buy my tires there, the repair was on warranty and no charge to me. Love to make a visit, receive great service and not have to pay anything! I would highly recommend this shop for any service needs. They are the best and I don't go anywhere else.

Tire rotation - very quick and efficient experience

I went in to replace my rear brakes. They were squealing and my brake light was on. I was expecting a huge repair. But when Chad called me to pick up my car an hour later he told me it was just brake dust - NO CHARGE! I was so pleased with their honesty and integrity! I would recommend them for all services. I'll be telling everyone I know about their great service/

I thought I only needed new tires, but once the tires had been pulled off it became apparent that several other repairs were needed (front brakes, front struts, rear shocks). I was very appreciative to know of these issues and get them repaired as I was driving from Petaluma, CA to Oregon the following day. Eric explained every detail and gave me valuable information.
