Big O Tires

I got to the store within 10 minutes of closing time- customer service was still TOP NOTCH. They took care of me right away and got me on the road with a much needed new tire!

A simple fix done simply quick and well. Big O has always been very great with their services.

Had a flat tire and they repaired for free because I purchased my tires from them. All got my discounted service done at the same time.

Got a flat in Bodega Bay, 75 miles from home. Luckily, I'd bought the 4 tire set from Big O, and after AAA put the (10 year old) spare on we limped to this Big O location where Kevin squeezed us in (on a very busy Saturday) to see whether our tire could be fixed. A little more than a hour later they'd removed the metal shard from tire, patched it, put it back on, and we were back on our way! Bravo guys! This what makes Big O great! (Buy that road protection package...all this work was free!)

I discovered a bubble in tire after hitting a big pot hole on Christmas Eve. It was 11:30AM and the service agents got me right in. I had my two front tires replaced and was out in less than 30 minutes. Who could have asked for better service?!! Thanks so much.

I always use BIG-O for my car maintenance issues and tires. Last week, they came through again with my rotation and oil change, and added new spark plugs. And they finished sooner than promised! (important because I was waiting in the shop)

Chad at the Petaluma location on EWashington couldn't have been nicer. I had a flat on a new tire and ended up going back to the dealer for the replacement only because it was under warranty. Despite being really busy, Chad spent a lot of time researching two of my different vehicles needs. He and his crew discovered frame damage to my Jeep and two cracked rims on my Porsche; both of which I am grateful for his (and his team's) attention to detail, as no one else has spotted these potentially dangerous issues. why is tire alignment so expensive. its should be free especially when you are buying a brandnew tires.
