It took longer than expected. The wheels got very dirty with the tire replacement!

I bought Tires for three vehicles in the past 3 months. 1- 2005 chevy Malibu 2- 1968 Mustang and 3- 20015 Ford F250. All three vehicles required 3 different style of Tires and between Randy and Chad I was total satisfied with their recommendations. Each vehicles tire choice was perfect

I have now purchased 3 or 4 sets of tires from this Big O and Randy the owner knows me by name.This store is in a small(ish) town, but it is nice to walk in for the free tire rotation or flat repair and have them call you by name.

I arrived 1 hour before they closed, they were very busy I didn't think they would have time for my car. I was using the mini spare so I really needed a tire b Since everyone would be closed the next 2 days and to my surprise they had my car done in 40 minutes. Fantastic professional service my only complaint is when I got home and checked online Big O online says the tire I just paid $59.99 is actually $33.99.That strikes me as "well he's in a jam so let's charge a little more"next time I will look first. So yes I will go there in the futuretheir service was that good.

Chad has serviced my Jeep for over 3 years. He has always been polite and very efficient. They (mechanics + wait staff) stayed late until my Jeep was finished. Great store and service always professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thank you. - Lyle Bennett

The guy at the counter was very friendly and funny, a much better experience than what I received at the Santa Rosa Big O's. I appreciate kindness more than anything.

I like coming to this location, because as a woman I don't feel that they try to up sellanything or lie about a car issue. They let you know if something is wrong and you can chose to fix it or get a price quote. The guys are nice and friendly. I just think they need to hire more help. One thing that did bother me ( reason I gave 4 stars) was one of the guys from the front desk went to the working area which is only separateed by a glass window and was yelling at one of the mechanics. I understand they are all busy and under a lot of stress but keep that private and no fawl laughang is necessary when speaking to someone. thats just my observation when I was there. Other than that I say keep up the good work and thank you for doing an awesome job on my car.

The petaluma big o tires group with Chad and Randy are always top notch . I've had all my cars work done there for almost three years now and I've never had to take it back with problems or poor workmanship . The cost of repairs can be almost over the top anymore and they have always been fair and tried to get me quality parts at a more affordable price . many places push you to pay more and find things that sometimes don't really need to be repaired are still are good for some miles and then they scare and push you into paying to much and leaving stressed and broke . The guys at petaluma's Branch neither push or all u a line to make a buck and that rates very highly with me!

Great service and quick. Had a flat tire they hoped same day.

This is the only tire dealer we trust after bad experiences at others. We drive from the next town over, which is a bit of a trip, because of the poor service/work at the dealer in town. The Petaluma people are always pleasant and thorough, but donʻt push anything on us that we donʻt want or need.

I waited four and a half hours to get one tire changed. Three other people that came after me who got brakes done or four tires left before I did. I did enjoy the coffee though

Stellar. I was treated kindly, with respect, and in a very timely way. Punctured tire, pouring rain, unable to read a worn tire pressure gauge in the rain. The guys were friendly and sympathetic. Got my tire repaired in record time and at a very reasonable price. I love these guys!
