Big O Tires

The initial phone call was pleasant and welcoming. We had purchased our tires here and I thought I had a leak in my front tire. The service manager was rude, sarcastic. He did identify that all four tires were low but his manner was so confusing, condescending and passive aggressive, I ended up leaving and taking my car elsewhere.

I have been taking vehicles here for 20 years and I am always happy with the service.

As far as I know, the work they did on my car is satisfactory. However, what irked me was that they left the seat of my car greasy and covered in black gunk. I had to spend time cleaning the seat so that my clothes wouldnt get ruined. They also left greasy had prints in the hood of my car.

Everyone at the Big-O in Petaluma is so helpful, humorous and hard working! They are always crazy busy but make sure to take time with each of their customers to meet their needs. They are my go-to auto place for all the regular maintenance required on my vehicles. I will continue to be a return customer as long as I am a Petaluma resident!

Going to the petaluma location has made me despise Big O Tires and im sorry that I purchased all four of my tires there

Had low tire pressure in one of my cars tire . Called the store they asked me to bring the car in they can look st it right away . I get there 10 mins later and they tell me it will take them at least 2 hrs to even look at it Nothing but bait and switch operation Very rude manager

Chad was great, very friendly quick (to meet my needs) and accommodating.

For the second time I was told I needed new brake pads - that I would be "driving metal on metal within the week". Took my car to Bill & Jay's & was told my brake pads were fine, should be replaced at next service or 1,000 miles!! How can I ever trust you again?? Filed complaint with BAR & wrote a YELP review. What a scam!!!

I was traveling in our motorhome and just bought new Michelin tires from another big o in our town. We were camping at Dillion beach and on the way down the motorhome acted like I needed more air in the tires. I stopped in Petaluma Big o tire on the way home and Randy had his crew were on it the second I pulled in. They added 15 psi to all 6 tires. Then they stopped traffic so I could back out. I'm telling you I was so impressed with the service. These guys are number 1 in my book. Anybody that lives in the Petaluma area looking for good old fashion service tire store this is the place to go. I want to thank Randy and his crew for their awesome service. These guys are the greatest. Thank you very much. My motorhome handled absolutely perfect going home to Folsom ca.

I purchased two rear tires, as I had a flat tire. After pick my car up, driving to get gas and going home, my low pressure gauge came on. After sitting home for about an hour, I attempted to leave and pick my child up from practice, but my tire was flat. I called Big O to ask if the tire was rotated to the front drivers side, as that was the tire that was flat, but the salesman said I must have ran over a nail. I asked if he could talk to the guys in the back and check the old tires they took off, but he didn't. We argued for a while which lead to nothing, so I hung up. I told this story to Mclea tires, and they took very good care of me. I understand they had the easier time of things. But my experience with Big O turn me off. I had been to them a few times and things were only okay, NEVER great!! I'll never go back!

Randy is exceptional. His communication and knowledge goes beyond. He was more than accommodating with our vehicles needs. Friendly but humble. An excellent experience overall.

I will always go to Big O Tires for all of my automotive needs. Chad is the best in the business - knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and fast. He keeps that shop running like a well oiled machine! I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Dropped of my car early and was called later that they were finished. Fast efficient service at a good price! Awesome.
