Professional and courteous, always looking out for the clients best interest. Had a tire puncture, they fixed that, ensured the other tires were clear and safe knowing this was my wife's car. Greatly appreciate their attention to detail, always have a can do attitude.

I live in Sacramento & was in Petaluma to do some volunteer work. I got an alert from my car that it some sort of tire problem. I needed to get my tires checked & repaired before heading home. The Toyota dealer couldn’t fit me in & the police at the coast guard station recommended Big O, so I drove there asked if they could help & they took me in right away. I was so relieved. It turned out one of my tires was low on air & there was no charge for the service. What a nice & unexpected surprise. I drove home no problem & everything is fine. It’s nice to have a friendly place when your away from home. Thanks Derek & the guys who serviced my car. Colette

Great Service

I appreciated getting an appointment in order to take advantage of your current sale that was about to end. Also the free alignment check. I went ahead with an alignment even though it was only slightly off. It does not make sense to me to buy new tires for my truck and not get the alignment checked and corrected as necessary.
