The store got me in and out of there very quickly

Everything went smooth I was in n out, very efficient

When I phoned to schedule a tire alignment they were able to get me in the next day. After dropping my car off I was told it would be about 45-60 min. and received a call a half hour later my car was done. I appreciate the quick service and friendly help I received when dropping off and picking up my car. The gentlemen who helped me was very friendly.

Only had a tire rotation and new wipers. Service was good and timely.

They are always so thorough and friendly. While I know this is technically a big company, it feels like a small town shop. Today while in for a flat tire they also checked all of my other stuff, ie: filter, brakes, etc without me even asking! And my tire repair was free as was my rotation because I had previously purchased my tires there. A very nice surprise! Will go back for ALL of my care needs. Thanks guys!!!

I've been going to the Petaluma location for over a year. The guys are all super nice and try to help me out with a lot. I got my oil changed recently and the wait took a little bit longer than usually that the guy helping me changed my brake lights for free. Totally nice of him!! Will always go to Big O Tires for all service needs.
