Big O Tires

I feel safe with my BigO store. They always do the best they can for me. As a senior I depend on their honesty.

Been dealing with them for over 3 years and never a problem. If they are unable to take care of the problem they know where to send me.

I had just left a tire store in the same neighborhood because my experience was so poor. So coming to Big O Tires made everything better. Very friendly greeting immediately upon entering the store. Very honest discussion about my tires. And I didn't feel like there was any pushing up sales going on.Thank you

When I needed tires a few months ago, I looked all over but decided to go with my local Big O Tires as usual because they are always so efficient, friendly and give me free rotations and tire flat fixes.Last week was in a really busy day having lots of clients to visit when I had a nail in my tire.Called Big O Petaluma and they took me in immediately and 20 minutes later I was out the door with a smile!

Can't beat the price. Knowledgeable staff with very accurate quotes. My vehicle could have used other services fairly soon but not right away and they were not pushy at all and I decided to move forward with extra service on top of what I originally came in for. The extra wait time was minimal.

Was welcomed with open arms. Very nice and professional. Got me tire done quick and right. Customer always. Thanks again!

I would not go anywhere else, I have been coming for years and I always feel like I am getting the best service and advice!!!! Awesome place to have take care of my needs, especially being a person (woman) that know little about cars and needs reliable & honest help.

The "Guys" at Big O have always helped me out. In this case I had low tire pressure, they let come right in to see what the issue was and fixed it quickly. Always super helpful!

I had an oil change and '30 point inspection' done two days ago. I was amazed that I was at the facility from arrival to departure in under 30 minutes.

Called to get an allignment. Customer service was excellent. Quick to schedule and work was done fast and precise

I came in because I had a nail in my tire. I was in and out in 20 minutes, if that. Received excellent service as always, and they were able to repair it. Since I buy my tires there, the repair was on warranty and no charge to me. Love to make a visit, receive great service and not have to pay anything! I would highly recommend this shop for any service needs. They are the best and I don't go anywhere else.

Everyone was great courteous the place was clean the timing was perfect and the service was done really fast and I was able to get out of there and not spend my whole day their staff is friendly

I went in to replace my rear brakes. They were squealing and my brake light was on. I was expecting a huge repair. But when Chad called me to pick up my car an hour later he told me it was just brake dust - NO CHARGE! I was so pleased with their honesty and integrity! I would recommend them for all services. I'll be telling everyone I know about their great service/

I thought I only needed new tires, but once the tires had been pulled off it became apparent that several other repairs were needed (front brakes, front struts, rear shocks). I was very appreciative to know of these issues and get them repaired as I was driving from Petaluma, CA to Oregon the following day. Eric explained every detail and gave me valuable information.

I have been buying my tires at this location for many years now. I keep coming back because of the great products and even better service. This most recent visit was to repair a tire that had picked up a nail. It was done in about an hour and there was no charge. You can't beat service like that!
