I've had all my cars work done there for almost three years now and I've never had to take it back with problems or poor workmanship . The cost of repairs can be almost over the top anymore and they have always been fair and tried to get me quality parts at a more affordable price . many places push you to pay more and find things that sometimes don't really need to be repaired are still are good for some miles and then they scare and push you into paying to much and leaving stressed and broke . The guys at petaluma's Branch neither push or all u a line to make a buck and that rates very highly with me!

Excellent service and very nice that they wiped down all surfaces (doors, steering wheel, etc.) with disinfecting wipes before giving back the car.

This is the only tire dealer we trust after bad experiences at others. We drive from the next town over, which is a bit of a trip, because of the poor service/work at the dealer in town. The Petaluma people are always pleasant and thorough, but donʻt push anything on us that we donʻt want or need.

have used Big O Tires as the primary servicer of my automobile since 2014. I have been extremely satisfied with their initiative in advising me of any additional maintenance issues when I have only scheduled the routine maintenance. I have also purchased tires from them twice and each time they have honored followed service without charge. I shall continue to take my automobile to them as they are the embodiment of community business service and professionalism.

I was traveling in our motorhome and just bought new Michelin tires from another big o in our town. We were camping at Dillion beach and on the way down the motorhome acted like I needed more air in the tires. I stopped in Petaluma Big o tire on the way home and Randy had his crew were on it the second I pulled in. They added 15 psi to all 6 tires. Then they stopped traffic so I could back out. I'm telling you I was so impressed with the service. These guys are number 1 in my book. Anybody that lives in the Petaluma area looking for good old fashion service tire store this is the place to go. I want to thank Randy and his crew for their awesome service. Stellar. I was treated kindly, with respect, and in a very timely way. Punctured tire, pouring rain, unable to read a worn tire pressure gauge in the rain. The guys were friendly and sympathetic. Got my tire repaired in record time and at a very reasonable price. I love these guys!
