The staff is always wonderful and greets customers as they come in, quickly and efficiently starting the service needs. When additional services are needed (in my case fan filters), they showed me the issue, explained my options and costs, and if I chose to have them replaced what the change to my estimate would be. NO PRESSURE to add the service. During service, they kept me apprised of how much longer the service would take. I had an oil change and after we did discuss it was time for a tire rotation, but due to having my child and their friend with me, we knew it would take longer than their patience. They scheduled me in for later in the week, working with my schedule. They are always looking out for me and all their customers. Best service in town.
