Fast, friendly, efficient!

Ive been a customer of this location for many years so i have seen and worked with many salesguys, The service the past few years have been okay however i took the time to mention the interation i had today. I worked with a guy named Mike who ive never seen before, I would say hes new but, His skillset, experience and customer service level blows the others out of the water. So maybe hes new to this location? I would love to reconize this salesguy! I walked in it was very busy, he was on two phones and with a customer and still said welcome in we will be right with you when i walked in!! thats one thing thats always been missing for me when i walk in.

Got oil change and tire rotation. I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time, considering the large number of customers on this given morning. Gave me a time estimate; made it within that time, at a great cost. All their folks were great at wearing masks, keeping distance.
