In summary my experience with Big O Tires (Berkeley) was great. With each person I came in contact with, there was clear, good communication, a strong sense of professionalism yet at the same time friendly and timely service. The total amount for a full set of new tires (with a buy 3 get the 4th tire free deal) for my 2012 Jeep Compass were at market level price. In the future I will definitely be back; however, hopefully not anytime soon.
