I came in with a damaged rim and needed new tires. I talked to Will over the phone and in person and he was very helpful.

Professionalism, Manager Early's clarity of service to his customers. Providing information, which could save the customer $$$ of work that they didn't need done on their vehicle. My own stress, not only around getting new tires for an older vehicle, but potential brake work, which I found out I didn't need, gave me a great sense of satisfaction with my experience with Early, and his team at this site. These are trust issues, which I think most vehicle customers experience, and for me they were tamed with the knowledge that Early provided. Will I come back again. Absolutely, with the knowledge that I will be treated with the utmost respect, from him and his team. I couldn't have asked for a more reliable experience.

This review is about Hector! hector was the friendliest, most consistent, kindest customer oriented service person I have encountered in a long, long time! My car had a problem because the tire pressure sensors kept coming on and Hector throroughly, calmy and quickly explained the problem, the solution and executed it. He never lost his patience with me. It's easy to see why he is the store manager.

The mechanics took their time to explain in details difference between oils, completed work very quick

Ive been a customer of this location for many years so i have seen and worked with many salesguys, The service the past few years have been okay however i took the time to mention the interation i had today. I worked with a guy named Mike who ive never seen before, I would say hes new but, His skillset, experience and customer service level blows the others out of the water. So maybe hes new to this location? I would love to reconize this salesguy! I walked in it was very busy, he was on two phones and with a customer and still said welcome in we will be right with you when i walked in!! thats one thing thats always been missing for me when i walk in.

I made an appointment to have new tires installed on my nephew's car and a 100,000 mile service. My nephew got there early and the car was on the lift getting worked on before our appointment time. Thank you for doing the work quickly and finishing on time. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back again!

Everything was good except it took too long!

It was a puncture and under warentee so no money but fitted me in found another problem all balanced and out fast with a smile. No charge

Very professional place. Good service. I just went for an alignment check. I had anappointment and evrything went fast. I just noticed that the aligment cost had major increase.
