Big O Tires

I had a flat. I called Big-O Tire just before closing. Marcus answered and walked me through the process. I towed the car in the next day. I have an AWD car. I worried if the tire was repairable. Otherwise, I might need a new set of tires. Thankfully, Marcus and his team were able to fix the tire, and back on the road. Thank you!

Very good service need a better vending machine, machine did not work

I had a screw in my tire, there were no appointments available online so I just dropped in. I was seen right away. I was also able to purchase new windshields wipers and have them installed. My entire time waiting was not more than 45 minutes.

This is my third visit to this location this time for an alignment. I scheduled an alignment because I had been offered the free check on last visit for an oil change. I appreciate that the staff is not commending work that I do not need and helping me schedule regular maintenance work in order to keep my car tip top. I have used a Groupon on my visits, it was easy and I didn't feel like less of a customer for using one. I will continue to use this shop for my car care needs and have recommended my brother do also.

They could not lift my Rivian R1T without the necessary pucks. I ordered the pucks and returned the next day to have them installed. This was not an issue caused by the staff, just something I was unaware of that they explained in detail. They also explained the risk of not having the correct tools.

The people who worked there were very friendly. I'm terrible with names, so don't remember his name (Brian?) communicated the price, explained why the tire would be able to be repaired, checked to see if the tire was purchased by BigO originally and communicated via text to let me know it was ready. when I arrived, he said he would try to get my car ready sooner and to wait in the waiting room. Friendly and professional staff.
