Big O Tires

I've trusted all my tire needs to Big O for years. When i needed brakes on a Friday afternoon I called the Berkeley Store and Early was professional, courteous and told me to bring my car asap and they'd get it done. They had me back on the road in 90 min and that made my day. Thank you Big O Tires Berkeley!

Employees always friendly and clear in their explanations. I was not charged anything for the tire inspection.

My flat tire was fixed as promised--on a Sunday!

I needed a Firestone car for my Toyota. It was $5 cheaper and the labor was $15 cheaper than at Joe's Tires, which is owned by Toyota. The service was efficient and on time. I'll be going back.

The staff were cool, and friendly, got a good value for the tires I purchased, and Marvin replaced one of burned out brake lights since it took so long. He didn't have to, but I could tell he felt bad about it. Sometimes ya just have to wait, better there than on the side of a dirt road in the middle of nowhere in a snowstorm! Thanks Marvin, you're a good dude! One last thing, if I were a tire guy, I think I would dig working with guys at this location, they seemed like a great team to work with :)

Did not have a appointment...called in on my way home from work and the Technician told me to come on in and he'll fit me in as soon as possible...arrived around 5pm...got ck'd in...had a seat in waiting area...made a personal call and by the time I finished my conversation, my car was done! Excellent! Thanks Big O!

Justin was super helpful and got everything set up quickly and efficiently. Especially since my tires are odd sizes, it was the fastest turn around I’ve had.

I came in a day prior and Manager told me they were busy and come back the next morning, I did and I received service promptly

Will be back for future services. Wish they can clean the waiting area daily. Floor needs mopping and table needs to be wipe down from drink spills.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Service technicians were efficient and informative. Was not able to repair the tire but was able to order one for the next day and it was installed quickly. Definitely recommend this location and will be back if I need anything related to tires and alignment.
