Pablo Araujo provided great customer service and had a great product knowledge and expertise. My appointment was at 10:30 AM but he still took me in at 10:17 AM and out by 11:17 AM. Super friendly and fast service, highly recommended!

Big kudos to Early and his staff. When our two Honda cars needed tires, we went to Costco; but Costco could not supply them from their offerings. Having bought tires previously from Big O, that's where we went next. Not only did Big O have the tires we wanted, but they saved us some money, too! After the sale, both cars needed a rebalance of the tires (definitely not Big O's problem) and these were handled with dispatch. Good job all around.

He said he would let me know when the parts came in and if he could finish my car same day. Thankfully he got the part, put brake pads on and I was out the door. Excellent customer service! The cost wasn’t higher than any other place, and the price was lowered by Marvin, who applied a coupon to the fee. A coupon that he provided when I got there. They pay attention to details, and I was quite satisfied. I’ll be back.
